IMO an HD made to look British is almost as gopping as Brit bikes made into American looking bobbers.
The modern triumph bobber I always think looks like a lavvy with the rider sat on it taking a shite.
Big triumph engine in an easy rider style chop is just about acceptable.
I’m actually going to change up the look of my Matchless a bit, chunky tyres, ali guards, a bit stripped back and more nimble looking.
I’m liking this one that sold on eBay recently, it’s actually what encouraged me to keep my bike instead of selling it.
Some of those knobbly tyres are deadly cornering in the wet (or cornering at any time).
Canny be much worse than the tyre I've got on there just now, an Avon SM thing that's squarer than a brick!
Will have a look and see if there's a retro equiv of a dual sport tyre though.
