I tried CO2 and the third and biggest canister worked, though i think that had more to do with those being the 2nd-4th times that I’ve ever used C02.
Annoyingly i still need to do the rear wheel so out to the local bike shops i go.

FWIW GKs aren't a great tubeless experience when they're new either. It's not your fault. I had a pair of new ones that were ridiculously slack fitting.
It's pretty easy. There will be tonnes of instructions on youtube or pinkbike or whatever.
