Would a cabled cycle computer be better/reliable and less nickable.
A lot of the rat bikes have cheap cabled bike computers. Less to go wrong or interference.
Interesting idea, not sure how to implement it on a modern vespa, or any motorized machine. So you figure the apps are crap?
I used a wireless cycle computer with the fork stanchion/magnet sensor job on the trials bike. Once wheel size was set, it worked. Battery died quick and sometimes it got confused at slow speeds.
