Deep down I know and I am so tempted cause the store that still has it has 20% off which takes it down to $254.............. eugh. Cheap but spenny at the same time.
Edit: oops, ordered.

What brand is that?

Same as @Tenderloin 's green jacket on the last page.
Engineered Garments BDU in Olive Cotton Ripstop.

I keep thinking I can wear yellow, nope. -

Interestingly they've become a firm favourite of the working class up here. Whilst waiting for a sausage supper last week a young woman popped in from the tanning salon next door in a velour tracksuit, deep tan, big earrings and lips, and cloudmonsters.

Good to know limbs are safe.
Should do a refresh on that stuff. -

If my wife was looking to sell a mint condition barely worn Acne Studio Myrtle SS17 36 leather jacket, where should she list it and what should she be asking?

Probably Vestiaire, there’s a few on there from £400-£1K. There’s also a place called ‘sign of the times’ which we’ve bought from but not sold…
-
• #5788
Vestaire or eBay (think there’s still low fees). My wife’s sold a few so I can ask her

Vinted? It's mainly crap, but here it's the biggest platform.
-
• #5790
There's one of those on vinted for 8 months now, xs, 500€.

Thanks all. Think Vestiaire is the option.

Can I get some suggestions for work attire. I work in field sales, but I find a suit really fussy and uncomfortable. Also I’m the world’s hottest and therefore sweatiest person. I need an out that’s that smart enough to be considered professional but casual enough to be comfortable.
Chinos work well as an alternative to suit trousers.
I love a tweed jacket but it’s a bit warm at the moment. So a light weight jacket alternative that worked with various colour chinos.
Show wise I tend to wear a boat shoe or a desert boot. What are the alternatives.

Desert boots are probably perfect for this tbh. What kind of budget are you working with? A suit that fits properly, made in a nice fabric, perhaps with a soft shoulder, should be incredibly comfortable.
Purely an example but this is linen. Photos 5, 6, 7 could be a good look.

That’s a beautiful jacket. But way out of my budget.
I’ve bought most of my tweed off eBay just to give you an idea of how big the money pile is.
Also I have long arms and a narrow body so finding jackets that fit or don’t require alteration is tricky.
-
• #5798
IMHO you're better off with a shirt and no jacket in hot weather. If you're worried it looks too casual wear suit trousers.
I really struggle with non-suit work jackets. They don't flatter my build, but unstructured /unlined blazers are a good choice.

Like I say - just an example vibe. Very easy to find linen/madras jackets on eBay.

Reiss outlet is always worth a look. This is tweedy but lighter weight and on sale. And if you like chinos but want something lighter weight check out some of the golf
clothing brands like Lindeberg or Oscar jacobson. I have a couple of pairs and rate the Lindebergs. Smart enough, cool, comfortable and have zero Golfy branding
