The implication is if you are rich and own your own house then you can be antisocial. Harsher penalties for poor people does not make me happy.

I find it difficult to rationalise giving a free house to a rioter/bigot/thief/insert crime of choice. Especially those with multiple previous convictions.
I’m paying a mortgage but if I got banged up for 2yrs I’d definitely be on the streets after release.A safe place to sleep should absolutely be a human right, your own private home for nowt? Not sure.
