What I would take from that test is that the tt version is faster and you should whack the pressure up. The load of 42.5 kg is a bit odd as the weight distribution front/rear would be very different. Even @hippy wouldn't quite place 42.5 kg on the front wheel. Also, anyone doing a tt at 18 mph should take up knitting instead.
I'm ancient, we used to use Wolber Piste 18mm tubs whacked up to 160 on fast courses, because someone faster than us said they were quick. We carried a spare tub under the saddle and a frame fitting pump. On a fast 25 course and a fast day we disposed of both, at worst it was 6 miles to a marshal with a car. If you puncture, your race is over anyway on a short tt.
Wrong again. It's 1.5w per tyre and was running them at 90+ psi.
