  • Initial impressions of the blip bodge? Superglued to the lever housing?

  • It works great.

It's quite sensitive so I shifted accidentally a few times. But that's because the hood is just sat on top of the lever button, giving you a half inch square area that you can press

If I keep doing it, I will cut a little hole for the shift button to poke through to make it more of a focused button area. I suspect il just get used to it.

It's a pretty snug fit (I trimmed the removable plate on the shift lver) and there's a spacer that stops it moving. Then the hood holds it in place. Nothing moves

  • Everything working great

  • These are the vibes we are looking for

  • I'd like to know a lot more about what's going on here

  • I've been enjoying my RC cars of late and wanted to go 'drive' somewhere interesting.

Got a train to Abergavenny with it in mind to do a komoot bikracking route to kington about 50 miles away. The route was a bit hit and miss, my trailer was damaged and I broke a spoke. So heard back towards Abergavenny and rode the rest of the way on the road. Up and over gospel pass, where I took the photo on the return leg, day 2. Some great trails for riding and RC car up the top. Great fun was had.
