Bought my first pair of fake ray bans from DH Gate after getting side tracked from hunting kids football tops. I needed some replacement motorbike sunglasses and stupidly assumed a knock off pair of aviators would have been copied for so long they'd have nailed it.
Turns out that the hinges are cheap and shit and the nose pads are fucking uncomfortable. A bit of adjustment has made them marginally less so. Lenses are good though. And on closer inspection they do match the listing pics.
Looks like their destined for the glove box as an emergency pair.
I've got a pair of clubmasters on their way. Even less hopeful of them. Lesson learned!

I was going to say they seem like a gimmick, but they actually look like a good idea.
Would be good to see a review and whether they look OK with short hair and no cap.

There is a company in the US that's been doing those strapped sunglasses for ages, and I believe they're very well regarded by people who live in very sunny places.

On a similar note to the above, has anyone used sunglasses with optical inserts and have any feedback? Positive or negative.
I've read that they may be more prone to fogging, and may be not so good for checking back over/under your shoulder. But have struggled to find any useful real world reviews.
