Took two weeks of working from a bed but the nerves have calmed down to a throbby 4-5 rather than a "I'm going to punch a wall" 8.
CT scan revealed I've also broken two ribs, which goes some way to explaining the breathing pain and means I'm not going to check myself into A&E for a pulmonary embolism investigation now. Happy blood clots mofos!
Surgery next week. Finally, 20 years after I should've had it I'll get some titanium!
