If you have the cash do it. But check it can keep it's historic status due to all the mods.

Check that the shell had all the rusty metal cut out and replaced. Then sealed.

Finally is it insurable with all those mods with out an engineers report or sva. How do you get an agreed valuation with so many mods?

Thanks dude. Seems to have been built by someone who knows what’s what. I just don’t know with so much of
It being custom from other bits. Seller told me it’s a classic with a “modern engine” from a fuego?! If I didn’t live in London and it had to live on the road in E17 I might be tempted
