What you definitely shouldn't do is report his number plate to the police, anonymously, because you've seen teenagers buying - what you suspect to be - drugs from the driver's window in the local park. Definitely don't do that.

Two things about my morning dog walk. Fucking "professional" dog walkers with 8-10 dogs in the park, half off lead with no control and then "general" dog walkers allowing their dogs to run off lead through this area.

It always surprises me when I see people with their dogs off the lead in the UK. Our little fella only gets off the lead at the dog beach (or once in a blue moon at the dog park).

Some councils only allow 4-6 dogs to be walked, even with a licence.

RSPCA recommends no more than 4.
