On suspension, had a few different cargo bikes without suspension with kids… once I got the Load 60 there was no going back to a cargo bike without it, but we use it off road a lot and live in a very potholed area.
Kids barely move over the biggest impacts - I suspect this is due to the rear suspension too and front alone wouldn’t be as significant.
