Found a specialized pizza rack on Facebook.

It had to be bent a bit to go on a cross check fork but seems good so far.

That's a steamroller fork with v-brake mounts brazed on, I should know, I got the work done!

I found that drilling out the threads in the mounts on the rack make getting it centred much easier, just use a longer bolt with a nut on the back and it's very secure.

Ah great! yeah it's gone on a treat very pleased with it. the alignment with the wheel was perfect first time.
