Not to be a contrarian for the sake of it, but surely this has to be one of the most grounded things he's written for a long time?
-

The slow realisation that fourteen years of policies that he's been advocating for, and arguing that they didn't go far enough, are incredibly unpopular with the vast majority of the electorate?
It would be grounded if he realised why, but he's too deluded and self-absorbed to have any level of reflection and instead will be advocating to go further to the right after the election.

I was just going of the title and sub...
... which I read with my bias, but in his voice (albeit with a bit less confidence and a bit more warbling :)

^On a similar note I’m currently having a discussion with a chap (on a car forum) who is certain that Reform are centre-right and that the problem with the Tories is they’re far too left wing.

Lib Dem’s: irrelevant communists
Tories: woke socialists
Reform: centre right -

I’m making some assumptions as to his beliefs, I will concede.

Genghis Khan
He was very tolerant around freedom of religion.

But liked senior civil servants.
Not sure how that would fly with Dammit's Reform mate.

Crypto communist.

Is it Pistonheads by any chance? Pretty much the whole of that site could be copy-pasted in the GC thread and it wouldn't look out of place.

Brexit has broken the Tory party. For years the tories have blamed Brussels for everything. The only benefit of Brexit is the fact that our wretched politicians can no longer blame anyone but themselves for the mess we are in.
They're not up to the job and the electorate know it. -

The split in the Tory party has been a long time coming:

It was only prevented inn2015 when Cameron added a commitment to a Brexit referendum to the manifesto.
"Dear, there's a Tory on the doorstep, release the hounds!"
I've only had a Tory turn up once, it was Caroline Nokes and I was far too polite. She asked if I might vote for her, I told her there wasn't the remotest chance. She asked if she could leave a leaflet, I told her she'd just be wasting the paper.
