i imagine changes are happening in my body measurements that i'm not noticing but motivationally seeing a continuous trend downward is a huge thing for me.
As per above, I plateaued for a month, and then it kicked off again steadily. Things are changing inside, know that for sure. Good work!
Also, I'm not sure if weighing yourself daily is a good thing to do tbh. It will only lead to the apparent frustration!
