    been running 3x a week and sticking to about 1500kcal so this is quite frustrating to see things stagnate like this.

    i imagine changes are happening in my body measurements that i'm not noticing but motivationally seeing a continuous trend downward is a huge thing for me.

  • Over only 9 days I would often not see any changes. takes 2-3 weeks minimum for me for the effects to kick in. I also only weigh weekly, as otherwise the noise-to-signal ratio is too high

  • Zoom out dude and see the long term trend. Keep doing the right things. Stalls are frustrating but as long as the 📉 then all is still good

  • As per above, I plateaued for a month, and then it kicked off again steadily. Things are changing inside, know that for sure. Good work!
    Also, I'm not sure if weighing yourself daily is a good thing to do tbh. It will only lead to the apparent frustration!
