I wouldn't have taken Dunk over Tarkowski or Branthwaite.

Please grow up.
-
• #169404
City haven’t lifted it since 2019.
-
• #169405
Are you new here?
-
• #169406
I actually didn’t know this.
-
• #169407
Bottle jobs on the big occasions.
-
• #169408
Couldn’t even beat United in their fa cup final.
-
• #169409
Great at drawing fouls but not unhappy to see him out.
England have got Gordon to fill that role.
-
• #169410
The tactic should just be Grealish and Gordon on the wings to win all the fouls then stick Maguire on the end of 10,000 Trent free-kicks a game.

• #169411
What is old is new.

Probably would have meant he’d have saved Toxic Stevie’s managerial career and escaping, just, relegation rather than the funds fuelling the Emery rebirth of The Mighty Villa.
He’s still Super Jack though

• #169413
Yes.

chuffed Eze and Wharton making the cut. hope southgate has the balls to play them if needed.
-
• #169415
He won't which is why England will get to the quarters semis at most I think. England have some attacking flair but think it will be very safe from Southgate.
-
• #169416
dunno. kinda hoping that southgate realises this his is last chance so will go in all guns blazing
-
• #169417
This. It's now or never for Southgate.
-
• #169418
Looking at the central midfield options I'm thinking Wharton is a shoein for some game time.
-
• #169419
I think Southgate has done great.

Manchester City’s chairman, Khaldoon al-Mubarak, has described the City Football Group (CFG) as a “financial and economic machine” after it posted revenue of £877.1m for the year to 30 June 2023, despite a £126.9m pre-tax loss. CFG is a 13-strong multi-club organisation of which City are the flagship club.
The champions’ £712.8m revenue generated the majority of income for the group, the loss deriving from the other clubs. City’s revenue increased by £99.8m, 16.3%, from the previous season for a record £80.4m net profit. In his annual interview last week with club channels Mubarak said: “I’m very pleased with the results. These results are very sustainable because we have now a very clear foundation that’s been built over many years.

That’s some great trolling.
-
• #169422
Are they minority owners in those other 12 clubs?
-
• #169423
Think Wharton is the only one who can do what Rice can do for England. So he should play a lot when Negative Norman realises he’s playing a good side.
-

Indeed.
I imagine that we will rely quite a lot on quick breaks against the better sides and that means, winning the ball and getting up the pitch quickly with direct running. If so, that clearly suits Bowen more than Grealish. Grealish may well have been better against the "lesser" teams who we need to break down, but I guess Southgate is hoping we have enough to get past them and is planning more for the knockout rounds.
Where's net spend?
