• got my barbell today. all setup and planning on doing first stronglifts workout tomorrow morning.

    was watching tv earlier and gently reached over to pick up a can of drink from beside me, totally normal movement, nothing weird and now my elbow tendons are fucked at full extension and full contraction. absolutely fucking fuming. what a cruel fucking joke.

  • See how it feels today might just be a twinge/cramp or whatever. Drink lots of fluids and rest it

  • Had this the other day, went up some stairs and did something that hobbled me for a day or so, felt like it was a legit permanent injury. Went away, but was stressful until it did!
