I remember being like eight, knocking around with some neighbourhood kids and coming across this crazy old dude in his undies in a back lane, a block away from home...
Bloke whipped it out and jiggled it around, asking if we had one, and if we'd like to show him, and he'd buy a bag of chips (crisps) for the kid who would. We were like, nah... Except for this one kid.
Those undies were orange, with purple edging. Actually didn't think much of it at the time, except how weird it was... Till I told my mum, who freaked out a bit

Those undies were orange, with purple edging.
There were some great colour combinations on those old Y-fronts

Not going to share the various stories I know about, but it's really interesting how many have been shared so quickly.
It goes to show how common this behaviour is, and why it's important to be on top of this stuff and educate children appropriately.

Baloo at our cubs group used to greet some of the lads with a groin grab, at the time didn't think much of it as no one commented on it and I therefore just assumed this was something men did to other males, thought it was like some of the roughhousing the also went on and just something i didn't get that the other lads were seemed to enjoy. Looking back it was pretty weird.

A friend taught at a relatively well known boys school and the amount of what were quaintly known as "scandals" was truly shocking. The long-term staff seemed to view it as normal but my friend ultimately left when the police arrested a colleague for hooking his mates up with pre-6th form boys

My old German teacher is apparently banned from every train in the UK as he finds them sexually stimulating.

The US Marines have such stupid caps. Number eleventy billion and 73 in the list of Simple Things Which Americans Get Wrong.
The context https://taskandpurpose.com/news/marine-couple-parris-island/
Recruits often say the uniform is one of the reasons they chose the USMC.

Tactical genius. Adds a foot to your height and scares the natives.

I saw someone saying one time how a certain degree of ridiculousness is often intentional with military uniforms, as if to dare anyone to take the piss - it's an extra layer of intimidation, that you're dying to mock the shit out of it but you know you better keep your mouth shut.

I don't think militaries have fought close enough to insult eachother's hats in over a century now
Yeah, me too. So far
