Fuck VAR.

I’d probably accept it if it only covered goal line and offside decisions, but even then we’d still complain. But for fouls and handballs and the like, give the ref the sole responsibility back.

I hate VAR for the simple reason that it just kills the joy of the game, that goal celebrations are muted or delayed for VAR checks. Just bin it. The negatives far outweigh any positives.

Goal line technology can stay and I think semi-automated offsides could work, but the rest can go in the bin.
