Unfortunately I’m not really up on who does higher rise but it’s likely to be traditional brands or those aimed at 35+ market, a Quick Look at Reiss shows they do a classic shape but as with a lot of brands the fit can to be too slim to hang well.
Plus I don’t buy clothes much as I have enough and a mate is a head cutter from The Row and now head of bespoke at a well known brand, he does MTM orders for shirts and suits a couple of times a year.
They are made in Italy/Portugal/China depending on price and being an odd shape I get a better fit.
Just get something with a decent rise, it’s low cut chinos that can look odd when worn with a formal jacket.
Higher rise and no belt/bottom shirt showing when the top button on jacket is fastened always looks smarter than ‘business casual'
