Yeah they're 9 speed record carbon, I pulled out the shifter paddles and mechanism.
I really like the shape but I think they probably work best on older bar shapes (without a flat transition). I don't think I've ever tested them on compact bars tho so I have no evidence I just feel like it should be true.

Dummying transmission possibilities
A kmc sl chain is on the way, silver, nothing fancy.

Is hiding the logo behind the crack a cool thing I don't know about?
Love the silver omnoms and sugz combo.
-
• #105
My poor attention to details is starting to surface... i thought the matte/gloss combo would clash but it's not so bad.
(The actual reason for testing the omniums is a stuck bolt in the sugino cranks but i should get it unstuck eventually )

Omniums on a mash always look a bit “ran out of money to finish the build, but couldn’t bare to fit primatos”
get that sugino bolt unstuck

Throw an Aaarn on there to balance it out
-
• #108
that's a burn but i concur.
no Aarn, there are limits to being a total cliché and that is outside my own personal space.

We need momentum.
Silver omnium and sugino zen is premium. Ignore the h8ers.

If a little par for the course

Bestest chains. Black (sugino) cranks, silver ring and black bolts please.

alright.
I am not a fan of the mob mentality, but when mafiabosses such as Phil and YAL double down, i could literally extend the mortage to buy a Satisfy bucket hat.
Luckily this time they only requested 6870 levers, which have come up for cheap, so the choice has been made. -

You are ready

at 26.99£ i'd say yes.
They were listed as parts as not tested, but seem to lever just as intended.Bar chat : hoping to get my hands on some zipp 38cm wide carbon bars that a friend has lying around, as roadie douchebag as it gets.

Big fan of this stem, real connaisseur vibe.
-
• #118
I have this stem. Show me a more iconic -8° stem I'll wait
-
• #119
Perfect for getting the bars even lower on this low stack frame :)
-
• #121
has this been resolved yet
-
• #122
oh tnow i picture it, you had it on your HDIJ fixie ?!
this build doesn't need solving as it isn't problematic. moves - if slow burning - are coming. afeter a few non starters, drilled road forks are on their way to keep the mash ones pristine.
-
• #123
I have that stem. It slays!
-
• #124
Yeah it's great! I bought 100mm one as a back up for when I do Tour Divide fixed

• #125
say what ?
you're absolutely right.
@jono84 thanks @shinkuu_kiss thank you for the lovely build and tasteful campag? hack.
I think i will just set up a few auction alerts for alt levers, campag or shimano, await my fate and return to what the forum does best.
