  • Towels take up room that could otherwise be occupied by food or beer.

    #micdrop

  • Take a towel you freak

  • 6 continental crossings
    0 towels

  • Your minging chem trail is probably still visible you slug ;)

  • Set your balls (or other bits) FREEEEE!

Your soggy towel and lack of NetherSun™ is why your crotch rot requires such expensive chemical interventions :D

  • The lack of actual sun is really harshing my buzz this year, where the feck is it?!

Was going to do a test camp this weekend but that plan is now in the sea, along with this soon to be fully submerged island.

  • The lack of actual sun is really harshing my buzz this year, where the feck is it?!

The industrial revolution and everything we've done since has killed it in the face with fire.

  • Truth, but we've definitely been mis sold it, if they'd advertised it as global wetting we've have not pursued it, global warming sounds cosy and nice.

I've just spent last 4 hours cycling round in pissing rain and am cold and it feels like November Ffs.

Oh an in relation your post above about towels taking up valuable food and beer space, not so.

The towel I got thanks to the link @TvH posted above arrived today, fair play to them that was quick.

This is the full size beach towel one, dunno what weak ass tiny stralian beers you drink but don't think you'll get many in the space this takes up :)

  • Lighter + stash pouch :)

On a serious note, will that thing ever be as small as when first packed?

  • The lighter was just for scale and what i had to hand, proper campers always take a clipper :)

  • ...and I prefer tins to pouches ;)

  • As with most comments on here, take it all with a pinch of salt. Most of our rides are just that - rides. We don't do much other than ride and sleep so our lack of towels is suitable for our travelling system but if we were doing like beach camping or riding to one place and hanging around for a few days then I'd probably pack a towel (especially in this soggy ass country).

  • Hippyisalwaysright vs actually having a towel 🤔

  • ...and I think the method is wear towel as cape like a super hero then when's it's dry try and pack it, but agreed I bet I never get it back to that pack size. But still impressively tiny and now have no excuse to avoid washing for days.

  • Ask yourself punk... do I need a towel? Well, do ya?

  • Until you try and use it and realise that those microfiber towels just move water around your body without actually taking any of it off you.

  • While that could be considered a minor drawback, this is I think offset by the fact it is also a cape, which is all kinds of awesome and qualifies me as an extra in the next Marvel movie. Now just got to think of a catchy name, as non absorbant man doesn't sound likely to cause fear amongst the local hoodlums.

  • Moistman & Rubbin'

  • :)

    ...to the Moistmobile Rubbin'.

  • it's not microfiber, it's like a really thin version of one of those cellulose reusable kitchen cloths, works an absolute treat

  • Isn't that just a massive fucking lighter, 3 foot tall type thing?

  • Mine was a regular size lighter honest guv.

But my sister collects stupidly sized objects and she has a few giant lighters...
...and she has some trademarked @hippy
tiny Borrower size drinks and smokes, perfect for bikepacking :)

And yes that's definitely a regular sized 400 gram tin of soup.
