Not sure about posting here or in “I hate”, but this place gets less love…
I thought we had a good bread knife for years though I was never particularly impressed by its performance. We decided to take a chance on this Japanese knife that came out cheaper (with shipping) than the Henckels current price.
What a difference, it goes through bread like butter! Highly recommended.
