There’s like some policy shadow boxing where labour are in a much stronger position. where they, defensively, play it safe and avoid attack from r wing press/city by rowing back on policies, which i think largely were unnoticed by many peopl as is their disappearance; tories, in pursuit of votes, make up stuff that is either not thought through and causes bad headlines and dissent, or which ends up potentially wrong footing them in their semblance to reform.
