Car looks fantastic, very well maintained, original paint in great shape, no rust apart from a tiny bit on the muffler and surface rust on the brake rotors. The brakes felt a bit spongy compared to what I'm used to but it drove well. It actually feels better than my XV, feels tighter, less sloppy.
Timing belt was done at ~100,000kms and it's had Japanese safety checks every year since 2011. No service history just an export form with the last two MOTs listed and the manual.
I'm gonna take it a bit further. It's really cute, I'm smitten. He's offered me a year's warranty at the asking price.
