The fall of the Tory party

Mark Menzies MP (Fylde) has lost the Conservative whip after
allegedly using campaign funding to pay for medical expenses and a
ransom payment after being locked in a flat by 'bad people'.

The Government's official majority now stands at 43.

wtf? He threw up in the flat and the bad people demanded $5k for the cleaner. This all seems rather murky.
