Has anyone got a recommendation for a Gopro mount for an Exposure Sirius please?

In case helpful – some time ago I asked Exposure what the difference was between the Flare (75 lumens) and Blaze (80 lumens) and they responded:
The 5 lumen difference isn’t a great deal as rear lights don’t require huge outputs to make them very visible to other road users.
However, the technological and design progression from the Flare to the Blaze is significant, with improved battery capacity and run times, better waterproofing and easier functionality. The ReAKT and Peloton versions also feature smart tech that provide real rider benefits.

Thank you, Aerohead looks the best, it doesn't have a little band to hold it, would you trust those to keep the light in place in a way that it won't end up on the floor?

The light is going no-where, the grip is really strong.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a decent out-front Wahoo and GoPro/ light mount, or are they all pretty much they same?
As in are the generic Amazon ones as good as the K-edge ones?

Amazing thank you will get it

Whilst we're on mount chat, does anyone know where you can get a selection of fittings for computer mounts so as to attach a light mount to a Garmin mount?
The mount system I have has two 2 mm bolts that come with a nut that fits into a recess in the mount, but the threads on the bolts aren't quite long enough to attach the light mount. Clerkenwell Screws seems to have closed and none of the bike shops local to me seem to stock anything that will work.

Do you just need some longer M2 bolts? Might have some if you know the length.. probably got them from bolt base

I got a Morsa fairly recently because I wanted something with more flexibility than the K-edge. It's not as sleek but I can't fault it so far.

Thanks for this link, btw. They had exactly what I needed.

cat3bits custom for Tubus Tara
Will spinnnup a thread if any interest, it's a bit niche!?Need to test it properly with the big light on... and test the rain shield but there is suddenly a shortage of rain :/

How do you mount an exposure light into a garmin out front?
Are they stable in the GoPro mount?
Or can you mount it on the top bit? -

Can someone recommend a mount for a Exposure TraceR that will fit on the seatstay of a Canyon Endurace?
-
• #5717
You could do p-clip and one of these:

I was going to do this using a combo of a Ravemen Garmin mount (which comes with the GoPro slots underneath) and an Exposure GoPro style mount. Then I went back to thinking about dynamo lights, but it's on my potential todo list for some bikes.

Assume you're running a large saddle bag on there and the seat or post are out... hence the question. Have the same bike, clamping something solid to the skinny stays could make me nervous.
'1. a zip tie style mount, that you could put something grippy under along with frame protection could work.
e.g.

You could get something svelter 3d printed to match the tube shape.'2. a custom clamp based on tube diameter with something grippy under to avoid slipping down or needing to clamp real tight.

https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1350122607/exposure-trace-side-entry-clip-forThis was also a long way of saying I don't think anyone makes something ready to buy.. the 76 project clamp with a shim might be closest..

Is there a specific type of p-clip that is best
Pad this out? https://76projects.com/products/gopro-style-light-brackets?variant=43982267056344

@youramericanlover has done this so he might be able to advise on p-clip he used.

I wish I could - @ElGonzo wisely sent me the link to the 3-d etsy clamp but I hadn't pulled the trigger and finished the p-clip setup. I have a tortec p-clip left over from another bike which I think is 13mm and quickly tried on the canyon but I don't think that went around the stay (I have an inflite not endurace but might be similarly sized?). 16mm might be about right? https://www.condorcycles.com/products/tortec-p-clips?variant=41987190325398
let me know how you get on!
Speaking of mounting... spinnnout x cat3bits
Looking to get a neat 3d printed option for smaller non-dynamo lights on a Tubus Tara rack.
Sent cat3bits this high quality homer simpson car sketch.
Dunno if it would interest anyone here.. will share the proper design soon.
