It really is skewed towards to already rich/successful clubs since PSR was set as it is. How the hell are smaller clubs supposed to catch up, or clubs that come up after not being in the Premier league before for a while supposed to stay up if they can't spend? Can't see how Ipswich can survive if they go up, for example.

Kieran McKenna will have a plan.

It will involve someone we signed from Fleetwood or Salford becoming one of the league's most consistently impressive players.
