Sorry to hear this… I’d be interested in the Middleburn set up, pending more details, length, ring sizes etc… thank you. Dibs pending all that…

Sorry to hear that.
I'll take the frame if you want to sell and are able to post it? Send me a message if you want to discuss.
It may be fixable, or I can use some of the iconic tubing for a project. -

Been watching this for sale post with interest as I have a RC200 F6 that I need to build and do something with!
Gutted for you about the failure. Fair play for you to taking the hit and refunding as TBH a lot of them do fail at that BB junction. As I've experienced aluminium frames can seem fine and then suddenly there's a crack with no warning...
The frame is repairable though. I know that RetroBike isn't your bag but there is a guy called Dan Chambers who is super skilled at repairing these and does frequent that site a lot. I'm hoping that this might help you move the frame on somehow, to someone who fancies the challenge.
Looking at the rest of the spec you should be able to recoup a fair amount of £££ based on headset, wheelset, Rc31's and the cranks alone. Good luck with the sales :)

Don't think anyone has ever called us sensible before... especially when we are adding another broken frame to our mega stash. But we love youuuuu and your beautiful honesty and generosity.
Sorry to hear this happened- you’re a very generous individual as most people would’nt have done that.
Was the buyer a lardarse?
