Sure:

CAAd5 f+f approx 2.1kg
CAAd7 Optimo R2000 approx 1.9
CAAD 7 optimo Team replica (the one with the black fork a few pages earlier) 1.7

So The optimo tubing takes away roughly 200g plus the carbon steerer tube on the team replica does another 200
