They make a good point
You can intuit a lot about a person from their meal deal selection. Consider two people: one getting ready salted crisps, a BLT and a San Pellegrino, the other a spicy chicken pasta pot, the hard-boiled egg two-pack and a banana Yazoo. Which one would you rather have as your babysitter?

Kinda think she has a point, but she chose a thick smoothie with the yoghurt which is weird to me.
