I find the actual cereal too sweet for my ageing palette - the milk is the best bit. No idea why they don't down it afterwards, like I used to with Ricicles...

My palette has definitely matured to enjoy my all bran on a morning but I can still get on well with some cinnamon grahams as a treat on a weekend. I could easily still polish off a full box as a later night 'snack' as well I bet.

Crunchy nut corn flakes are the adult version of sugar laden cereals.

Mind you have you seen the sugar content in rice crispies

I have never watched Withnail & I, Spinal Tap, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Blues Brothers and myriad other (for my generation) unmissable cult films.

Spinal Tap is pretty damn good, well worth a watch ... Rocky Horror is shite, never watched all of Withnail & I or Blues Brothers for that matter... I think some of those must-see films aren't worth watching, they fit into a certian time that's gone and never coming back!
