My LBS has had my cranks since October. They insist that Madison (the Shimano UK dealer I guess) haven’t been given any replacements yet, or worse might not have even been produced.
Anyone else hearing this? I’m keen to get it sorted and I have some heavy entry level Shimano cranks on my bike currently.
