You would just have to avoid the steering arm I think.

Is the steering arm like that of a Bullitt?

You can pass an endless strap through the gap between the frame and steering arm on a Bullitt when loading cargo towards the front end. If you try to load something with j-hook straps near the front onto a Bullitt, the steering arm gets interfered with.

If anyone has a pic of the underside of an urban arrow XL that would be really helpful!
