Yeah, if it's all one panel of fabric then it's a curtain on a track. You can get panel blinds, but that would still be several panels of material for a window, rather than 1 or 2 panels for the whole window.

Wave curtains?
I've just had some made for a window which fitted inside the window frame. I used the the cheap rails available from ebay - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185815651023?itmmeta=01HSGF6592TWXX5JYT5SGXY7BZ&hash=item2b4379d2cf:g:HRgAAOSwk4NkEe3R&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4EcktYscc%2FOPteSOMy3mrvV3rI9Mxm1XzFdQZeJetMHPRr6xQWUexAzTVvb3Lj9lLiEJIbatuXEGAFX%2BMMBYp1Wb3Lv%2FOkpmhrNawbfusDxdJPiWITm6dTFQuWvZs%2BRDYvFY%2BM5AQVhKC39lVYKSa4pUyA3OnAtYIF%2FD28QskxXo7kBPMZIijE1aMpv1El%2BElq0ZtVYBsxB8eJwKzfQ%2BkBt20HAsyh4uK2hJiKiB7%2FFFY0ycKg8zaRUqch1uVUB1rcFk25M3trYn51zl6pqZm8Djoq5bbM8fhqO1EecqUmj7%7Ctkp%3ABFBM2tSYj8xj

Wanker extensions formulaic?! Never!

The Hackney one with the ugly tiles is quite interesting.
I guess there's only a certain number of properties it still works with, though right? It's got to be in an area with low liquid housing stock X with a big enough garden to take an extension X small enough to need an extension X valuable enough to get a good return per m² X trendy enough to have people who want interesting extensions.
Once you put it all in a venn I imagine you'll end up with a lot of the same houses.

My Serif is covered in hand prints and routinely gets smacked with various toys so I'm waiting for that to stop and will switch to an LG C2/C3 most likely!

Wimbledon Villa slaps

Yo dawg we heard you like clay tiles on your loft conversion, so we put them on your extension too.

they should do a small budget (<£65k? <£50k?) category. too many money guns evident on the list

It sure does, Gundry + Ducker can do no wrong in my books.

There used to be a max construction budget when DMI first formed (£250k from memory). That seems to have slipped and some of those have construction costs (ex VAT, ex fees) comfortably in the millions.
Trickle-down architecture.

I had to laugh when the riba house of the year 2023 architects were going on about having a modest budget and it was something like £550k. (they did wangle quite a lot of house for that money tbf but it’s hardly modest)
-
• #5549
That's a whole house though I guess.
So it doesn't seem a great deal of money when extensions are £100-200k.
You've got the land/old house on top tho.

thoughtfully integrated design inspirations from both the Victorian architecture of the original semi-detached dwelling and the sunken boxing rings characteristic of the same historical period
Ah yes, so often people fail to tastefully marry Victorian semi's with sunken boxing rings...
Agree though, seems a very strange addition, and so specific. An oddly shaped extension that can likely never be used as anything more than a quirky sitting/play area
I’ve had these before

Could be what you’re looking at?
Can be used top and to stop billowing or on a high window so they close properly.
