Thank you functional friends. To temper expectations I'll just be swapping the parts over. To be fair though, nothing gets me more excited than appropriate geometry.

Wheels can be converted to TA? Too bad the new frame doesn’t have the nicer fork. Although unicrown is lighter.

Thankfully yes. Being mtb hubs they came with spare 15mm TA end caps(?) but I drilled through the qr ones so now they're compatible. Agreed on the fork, I was half considering getting the old steerer lengthened.
