Ha! The first splash is always a bit of a downer but I’ve learned to enjoy running in the rain.
With dogs, how far can you take them on runs? Is a half too much? ‘Spose it depends on the dog…

my buddy ran with his dog in a 50k ultra we both did way back. he carried his food and water/proper water bowl for him and would take regular breaks to let him rest and that was after a decent period of training leading up to attempting it. but dog seemed to love it.
