I don't disagree with any of this, but the trade deal is gone, they don't have time and India is having an election now... ish, aren't they? the only thing the India's want is more Visa's.... which is a tuff sell to the Tories.
Sunak just handing out lots of Government contacts to Infosys instead.

Sunak is in the game to garner wealth for himself and wifey's family. Once
the India trade deal is signed that's it kerching for Infosys! Think of all that
cash being skimmed off on every visa application etc.
Sunak doesn't care about the tory party it is merely a vehicle for delivering pelf.
As soon as the deal is signed, Sunak, will find an appropriate reason, retrieve the green card from the bedside cabinet and then California beckons.
