Ran out of time putting it back together and also realised I hadn't bought a new chain, so tomorrow it will be finished.

Great build.
In other news, I recently found this site and (obviously everything should really be bought from volt) i highly recommend if you are on a budget.
Custombmx.co.uk he’s in insta too.
It’s a second hand type deal but incredibly cheap and good condition.
I got some lhd thunderbolts for £75. Bit of rubbing on the graphics but perfect otherwise.
It’s one guy with small profits but great communication etc. He’ll do deals on multibuys.
Fuckloads of profile wheels.

Like that! Have you seen the new yellow S&M mad dog frame (disc brake!!)
-
• #1038
If you're after a 24" bike u have an S&M RV frame (from circa 2005) - also could be persuaded to part with my chrome SE landing gear forks and bars

Had a look at the site, good stuff, good prices. Nothing for me at the moment but will keep checking it out.
-
• #1040
Yes! There's also the Ruben co-developed disc brake suspension BMX
-
• #1041
But why?????
-
• #1042
You misspelled “Why not?”
-
• #1043
I guess somebody would find a a benefit from it, but if it was needed that much it would've been done by now (en masse)
-
• #1044
So noone should do anything with a bike unless it’s being done ‘en masse’?
-
• #1045
I think the point is that it doesn't have to be needed, it's there as an option.
Although I'm predominantly a street rider, I'm definitely not going to argue with Ruben and Garrett Byrnes on what bikes they ride.
-
• #1046
It's a very niche, low volume, high quality product by the looks of things and it's not aimed at replacing normal BMXs.
-
• #1047
But why?????
Because Ruben is old, soft and bored.
Suspension is shit for everything other than maybe trails and still I don't see the benefit
-
• #1048
Had an immediate pang to buy one. Then saw the routing and thought how wrecked id get it. Trails good, everything else, bad.

I can see how the finger crossed bikes would be really fun on something like Vision line, but that's the only track I can think of where I'd rather ride that than the MTB -- something like 50:01 line would be really sketchy on the small wheels I'd say.

Hear hear... BMX is niche anyway, more niches the better!
Updates in case anyone is interested
