I think it's almost impossible to tell from such a low res image. I'd say it's clearly a tonneau-cased chronograph with rectangular pushers, but it could be a Vacheron, it could be a quartz fashion watch, or anything in between, who knows.

Girard-Perregaux Richeville is another possibility.

Or even Breguet.

Think it might be! That is rank! That left dial isn't even level.

Here was me thinking it was the patek all day! To be fair, you would have to have some confidence to wear a patek regularly
