90% of the time I pick up an acoustic, so it's nearly always the instrumental bit from Neil Young's Tell Me Why or a few bars of Stephan Grossman's Matesa, to the point where my kids ask 'don't you know any other songs?'
Electric is rare but usually something I learned 30 years ago, eg the beginning of 'Start Choppin' by dinosaur
