It’s the sort of thing I’ve witnessed in client meetings when an untested junior person has a section later in the meeting. Earlier on, a client might state something critically relevant to that section, but the junior person gives the same talking points they’d planned, showing that they just didn’t get the relevance and context of the earlier part of the meeting, either through not paying enough attention, or simply not really properly understanding what’s going on. In this case - and a lot of cases for Rishi - it’s obviously the latter.
