  • I really liked that Fargo, the toe dipping into the supernatural didn't quite feel right but lead to an interesting character, and as they remind you, the events were told exactly as happened.

  • I remember really enjoying Big Boys Season one, but an ep and half into S2 and it's just, a bit, shit? Just me?

  • So I've got another three weeks left on my Prime Video freebie and, having rattled through Fargo, I'm at a bit of a loss. Anything else worth watching? Done The Boys, not massively interested in the spin-off. Enjoyed Three Pines before they canned it, which is annoying.

Anything 'unmissable' or have I inadvertently watched everything worth watching already in the space of a week?

  • I did like the first season of Jack Ryan.

  • Could give The Expanse a go

  • Ah, yeah I saw that a while ago in a previous free Prime Video binge-watching bout. Just about didn't go on too long and pretty enjoyable all told.

  • I’m late to the party but started watching Altered Carbon. Really enjoying it so far.

  • Have a look at some of the films.

  • There are expanse films?

  • Did you see the last series?

Feels like it was rushed, to get everything in. But a good watch.

  • Altered Carbon

It trails off into nothing if memory serves (it normally doesn't) I don't think I finished the series, or if I did it was only because I started it.

  • Fleishman is in trouble is good

  • 1st series was good
    2nd series was not

  • Maybe that was it and I never bothered finishing the second.

  • Yeah. At least, it looked like the last series if memory serves.

  • Gyeongseong Creature

Netflix. Korean Horror / Thriller. Good front and back story, looks glorious, great monster.

    Worth a binge.

  • Watching burn notice, as I saw a few episodes and I like Bruce Campbell.

Two seasons in and some episodes are similar but so far interesting. Bonus is that it has a proper ending.

  • Preacher was good for a couple of series on Prime.

  • I started watching these a few years ago. Problem is a lot of them seem to follow a similar format and it got very samey

  • I enjoyed Preacher but nothing lived up to the heights reached by the very first episode.

  • My favourite bit of preacher was Ruth Negga’s outfits. I’m not super interested in fashion, but there would be a gunfight or explosion and I would be distracted by how well a skirt hung or the cut of her sleeves.

How a show looks is always high up on my scale of enjoyment.

  • Boy Swallows Universe was deep, thoroughly enjoyable and not for the squeamish, shame about the end of the final episode. Fargo had a similar but much more satisfying conclusion, without the schmaltz.

  • Well, all of the reviews for Masters of the Air seem to be absolutely glowing

  • Damn. Traitors final was brutal.

    Amazing telly though.
