It's interesting that Huel have been quite open that if you already have two portions of Huel a day there is no need for their new Greens product in terms of daily RDAs. I've been using the PHD Nutrition Super Greens for a while, can't really say if it has made a difference... Going to try the Huel one to see if it makes any difference to PHD, will probably go back to PHD.
Just saw an IG ad for Huel Greens. Obviously an alt to AG1. Still pricey (well too pricey for me), but it got me looking at cheaper versions (often with more basic ingredients) from the big protein brands (Bulk etc). Is it all just snake oil?
