Has anyone else noticed that the UAE team are issuing PR around their training methods. A few weeks ago it was them banging on about Z2 rides being responsible for Pog's success, now how fasted rides producing winners is bollocks (I'm paraphrasing).
The paper, which was co-authored by UAE Emirates’ performance guru and Tadej Pogačar‘s personal coach Iñigo San Millán, suggests it’s time to rethink the often controversial principle of fasted training.
Makes me wonder if there's something coming down the road about one or more of the team's riders that they're trying to get ahead of.
