Looks like a fun project, if you need a curved seat tube, we have the tooling to bend 1 1/2" x 0.035" wall 4130 tubing to a 410mm CLR. It's a great fit to follow the circumference of a 29" wheel.
You'll have to machine and weld an insert into the top of the tube to reduce the I/D for your seatpost, but seeing what you've been building, this will be no problem for you.
