I was going to post a rant about how big a box Amazon managed to use to send me two books, but when I opened the package I found 50 disposable coffee cups, a soup ladle and some glittery goblet glasses. Most importantly, no books.
5 minutes on the phone and Amazon are sending me a replacement order of the books and I can keep the other items.
