I want to raise the height of a monitor. The base is a bit under 19 x 24cm.
Can I make a plinth 19 x 24?
When you see risers on etsy they're always much bigger. Is there a method / rational / formula to this?
I have limited desk space so just lifting it on the same foot print would be idea.

You should be able to match the base size but the best option is using the Vesa mount and taking the stand off if possible. Mount it to the wall and get a load of desk space back.
VESA arm, will free up all the desk space - Used Ergotron LX is the best and not expensive
