My Straggler is a 64cm. I'm sure some smart alec could explain, but it just felt so much more neutral and balanced with 700c. I found I had to be more careful with tyre pressure on the 650s too, too much they felt like balloons, lacking grip and bouncing around, too little and they felt sluggish and unpredictable in corners.
